Local nonprofit gets special thank you from Zambian ambassador

A local nonprofit that sends thousands of books to Africa has received a special thank you from one of those countries.

Dr. Ngosa Simbyakula, the Zambian Ambassador to the U.S., spoke at the "Books for Africa" awards banquet in St. Paul, thanking the group, which has sent more than half-a-million books to Zambia with the help of local civic groups, the United Nations and the U.S. Defense Department.
