Blaine police seek info on Salvation Army Red Kettle thieves

Police in Blaine are seeking the public's help in identifying two people who they say stole from a Salvation Army Red Kettle Tuesday afternoon.

According to the Blaine Police Department, surveillance video shows two people stealing from a kettle outside of the Northtown Cub Foods around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.
