Bear sightings reported in Arden Hills

The City of Arden Hills says it has received reports of a black bear sighting.

The city said the sightings occurred near North Heights Lutheran Church.

The Ramsey County Sheriff's Office has been notified and is working with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. 

The city asks that residents leave the bear alone if spotted. They are also asked to call 911 or the Ramsey County Animal Control Officer at 651-767-0640.
