A earlier release from the Chippewa County Sheriff's Department said the body of the first man, identified Monday as Travis Cramer, 50 of Coon Rapids, was discovered around 12:30 p.m. Sunday attached to the rope of a rubber tube found near the buoys at the Hydro Dam.

The pontoon was registered to Cramer. A passerby had noticed the pontoon run aground on the north end of the lake near the Hydro Dam. No one was on the boat, except for a dog.

Authorities made contact with Cramer's mother who said her son and Robinson were boating on the lake Saturday and had failed to return to their campground that night.
