Richard Dose was found safe as of 4:11 p.m. Monday.

Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a missing Lake City man.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says 38-year-old Richard J. Dose was last seen leaving his home on the morning of Oct. 19. His family and friends haven't heard from him since, and, due to health concerns, authorities are concerned for his welfare.

Dose is described as 6-foot-1, 180 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. He drives a black, 1999 Ford Explorer with the Minnesota license plate number FGE528.

Anyone who sees Dose or knows where he might be is asked to call Lake City Police at 651-345-3344 or 911.
