Updated: January 04, 2020 09:02 AM

Art Shanty Projects are an artist driven temporary community exploring ways in which unregulated public spaces can be used as new artists environment.

The program is home to around 20 structures and interactive exhibits for over 100 artists. The event was held on White Bear Lake for a few years before moving to its new home on Lake Harriet in 2018.

Attendance has risen to record breaking numbers as of 2018. The project welcomes curious locals, artists and visitors to explore.

A donation of $10-$20 is suggested.
