1 arrested in fatal South Minneapolis fight

One person has been arrested in connection to a fatal fight that occurred Thursday night in South Minneapolis.

The Minneapolis Police Department identified the suspect as Quinten Lavel Osgood.

Police: Man dies after fight with acquaintance in South Minneapolis

According to police, the incident happened in the area of East 35th Street and First Avenue South.

Police said they were called to the scene on a report of a fight between two men.

Upon arrival, police said Osgood was no longer at the scene. The other man was hurt and on the ground.

Police said Osgood was taken into custody early Friday morning. He has been booked into the Hennepin County Jail.
