Enjoy Winter Recreation 


With spring finally arriving, get your last fill of winter recreation over the weekend. Looking to speed downhill on skis or a snowboard? Hyland Hills, Afton Alps and Buck Hill may just be the place to go.

Progressive Northwest Sports Show 

With spring making its way to the region, Minnesotans are ready to get outdoors. Get ideas for the gear you need during the Progressive Northwest Sports Show. The event includes exhibits featuring the newest products in boating, hunting, fishing, camping and traveling.

Frozen Faceoff 

See some of the best college hockey team's during the NCHC Frozen Faceoff. Along with the tournament, hockey lovers can enjoy the NCHC Fan Fest and fan skate

Donnie Smith Bike and Car Show

Motorcycle and car enthusiasts will want to head over to the St. Paul RiverCentre over the weekend for the Donnie Smith Bike and Car Show. According to the organizers, the event is one of the largest custom bike shows in the Midwest.

Allianz Field Brew Hall & Team Store Grand Opening

Get your first look at Allianz Field, the Loon's new home, during the Brew Hall & Team Store Grand Opening. The Black & Blue Team Store is the first year-round store for Minnesota United. The Brew Hall will feature 96 taps for those looking for a brew during a match.

Neighborhood Roots Winter Farmers Market 

Summer may be long gone, but you can still enjoy the atmosphere of a farmer's market. Pick up fresh produce and other foods during the Neighborhood Roots Winter Farmers Market. The event is put on by the Kingfield, Nokomis and Fulton Farmers Market organization.

Time: 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Place: Bachman's Floral, Gift and Garden on Lyndale, Minneapolis

Mill City Indoor Winter Market

Find locally grown produce, as well as other food items during the Mill City Farmers Market indoor winter market. The market hosts more than 40 local farmers, food makers and artists.

Northern Lights Rare Beer Fest 

Craft brew fans unite! On Saturday, Minnesota beer drinkers will have the opportunity to try rare, vintage and "one-off specialty" beers during the Northern Lights Rare Beer Fest

Rock the Cradle 2019

Explore music, art and culture during Rock the Cradle at the Minneapolis Institute of Art and Children's Theatre Company. Entertainment includes a Kids' Disco Party, Pop Up Story Time and more.
