Allianz Field is set to make its debut as the new home for the Minnesota United soccer club on Saturday.

One of the chefs told KSTP the menu will reflect the diversity of the fans-- international cuisine done in a local way!

"Soccer is a huge international sport. The neighborhood Allianz [Field] is in is diverse and we wanted to make sure Allianz [Field] matched that story," said culinary consultant Justin Sutherland.

Sutherland runs a number of restaurants in St. Paul, including Handsome Hog, and he was recently featured on the latest season of the hit cooking competition 'Top Chef.'

Sutherland says the food that will be on display Saturday was the result of four years of planning.

Many vendors familiar to the Twin Cities will also be at the stadium, including Afro Deli, Brasa Rotisserie, MyBurger, West Indies Soul and Hot Indian Food.
