80-year-old Denny Behm set out on a 300-mile bike trip to Minneapolis to raise awareness about kidney donations.

In 2006 Behm donated one of his kidneys to his friend Rich who needed one.

He set out on his bike trip to raise awareness about kidney donations with the message of 'YONOK' which stands for 'you only need one kidney'.

Behm says he feels good and much younger after the donation 13 years ago.
