Two shootings have left 2 people injured in St. Paul. The shootings occurred at 8:45 p.m. Friday night and 3:05 a.m. Saturday morning. 

According to a statement from the St. Paul Police Department, officers responded to a call in the area of Sherburne and Hamline Avenue.

On arrival officers located a man wounded on the 1300 block of Sherburne Ave. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries. 

St. Paul police investigate 3 homicides in span of 9 hours

Early the next morning officers were dispatched to a fight in progress in the area of Payne and York Avenue. 

Officers located a man who had been shot once they arrived. The victim was transported to Regions hospital.

These two incidents are currently under investigation.
