A 10-year-old Grand Forks girl used the money she made from her lemonade stand to treat police to a special meal.

Lexus Olson wanted to do something for law enforcement following the death of Cody Holte, who was killed in the line of duty.

On Tuesday, Holte's wife and son were among those who got to take part in her generosity.

"This is an awesome thing that they get to eat and they can just come down here and sit and have fun," said Olson.

Olson's family plans on delivering a second round of food for the officers on the night shift, but she won't be there herself because her mom says it's past her bedtime.
