One person was injured after a stabbing occurred in south Minneapolis, according to police.

Police said officers were called at about 7:40 p.m. to the 2000 block of Nicollet Avenue on the report of a stabbing.


The victim suffered injuries that are not considered life-threatening.

It is believed the victim knew the suspect, according to police.
