In a blog post Thursday, Facebook said millions of Instagram users' passwords were available to Facebook employees in a "readable format" as part of an internal database.
The announcement came as an update to a March blog post that stated millions of Facebook users' passwords were visible to employees.
Facebook said that they will notify the users whose passwords were available in the recent wave, adding to the hundreds of millions of users the company has already said they will notify regarding exposed passwords.
