After having the weekend off following Thursday’s win over New England, the Vikings got back to work Monday afternoon in Eagan.

“I know it was a nice little mini-bye coming off a Thursday performance where we got a big win,” head coach Kevin O’Connell said. “I was really proud of the team for responding the way they did. That should be something we can continue to call back upon, both with our preparation and then our guys’ ability to respond to another home atmosphere and play a good football team.”

The Vikings host the 7-4 New York Jets Sunday at noon.

O’Connell shared injury updates on CB Akayleb Evans, OL Christian Darrisaw, CB Cam Dantzler Sr., DL Dalvin Tomlinson, and CB Andrew Booth Jr.

Booth Jr. underwent knee surgery on Monday and will miss at least a month, possibly the rest of the season.
