Vikings camp interviews: Mundt, Johnson, Nailor, and Davidson

Training camp will ramp up Monday afternoon for the Vikings when the pads come on. Monday will be 1 of 11 camp practices in full pads.
Before the pads come on, we caught up with TEs Johnny Mundt and Zach Davidson, along with WRs Bisi Johnson and Jalen Nailor.

How many tight ends will make the 53-man roster? How many wide receivers? All four players we spoke with late last week are fighting for a spot, with Mundt seemingly a pretty sure bet to make it. His 2-year contract only contains $200K in guarantees, but his knee is healthy and he knows coach Kevin O’Connell well from their time together with the Rams.
The Vikings’ preseason opener is Sunday, Aug. 14 at Las Vegas.
