University of St. Thomas coach Caruso reacts to first D1 signing class

The University of St. Thomas Tommies head football coach Glenn Caruso signed his first Division-I recruiting class Wednesday, the first day recruits could officially sign their letter of intent. The Tommies will play its first season of Division I football in the fall of 2021.

St. Thomas welcomed 26 players into the program, including 12 from Minnesota.

The Tommies will compete in the Pioneer League, one of two non-scholarship leagues in the Football Championship Subdivision, next fall. St. Thomas could still have more signees, as a second signing period opens in early February 2021.
