Lynx guard Kayla McBride makes USA World Cup team

The Minnesota Lynx will have both a player and coach representing the organization on Team USA’s FIBA World Cup Qualifying team.
USA Basketball announced the women’s team, which includes Lynx guard Kayle McBride, on Monday.
Team USA is also led by Lynx head coach Cheryl Reeve.
The qualifying tournament is set to be played in Washington, D.C., from Feb. 10-12.
New Lynx forward Angel McCoughtry — a former Olympian — was also at the camp but is still recovering from a knee injury she suffered last year.
