Gophers commit Braeden Carrington named 2022 Mr. Basketball Minnesota

Future University of Minnesota Gopher Braeden Carrington has been named the 2022 winner of the Mr. Basketball Minnesota award.
The Mr. Basketball of Minnesota Committee announced the news on Tuesday.
It comes just a few days after Carrington and his Park Center team won the Class AAAA state title.
Carrington edged out Prince Aligbe, of Minnehaha Academy, Alonzo Dodd, from South St. Paul, Tre Holloman, of Cretin-Derham Hall, and Eli King, from Caledonia, for the honor.
