Q&A: Totino-Grace wing Demarion Watson on Iowa State commitment

Totino-Grace's Demarion Watson is among many star-studded basketball players in the Minnesota high school class of 2022. He committed to Iowa State earlier this summer and recently spoke with KSTP Sports about his decision.

247 Sports ranks Watson as the 155th best player in the country in the 2022 Class. At 6-foot-7, Watson can guard multiple positions and possesses a 40 inch vertical jump. He can score inside and out.

After starting his high school career at Minnehaha Academy playing with Jalen Suggs and Chet Holmgren, Watson transferred last year to Totino-Grace.
