Lakeville South lost 27 seniors from its 2020 team. But returns quarterback Camden Dean, a Minnesota State-Mankato commitment, and tight end Chase Androff, a Nebraska commitment.

Lakeville South opens its season Thursday, Sept. 2 at Park (Cottage Grove). They then play rival Lakeville North and powerhouse Eden Prairie back-to-back weeks.
