East Ridge volleyball sweeps Cretin-Derham Hall

The East Ridge Raptors volleyball team defeated the Cretin-Derham Hall Raiders 3-0 Tuesday evening at the Joe Mauer Field House on Cretin’s Campus, in a Suburban East Conference showdown.

The Raptors are led by Texas Tech commit Britt Carlson and the University of St. Thomas commit Lauren Galvin. Raptors pretty easily took the first two sets with the scores of 25-10 and 25-9.
The Raider fought hard in the third set, but East Ridge proved to be too much. Galvin finished off the match with a kill, giving the Raptors a third set victory of 25-16 and a 3-0 match sweep.
