Bennett gave STMA the winning score with under two minutes remaining in the fourth quarter with a 35-yard run for his second touchdown of the game.

With five-seconds remaining in the game, Wayzata quarterback Ryan Harvey's pass to the end zone was incomplete as time expired and St. Michael-Albertville upset Wayzata to advance to the Class 6A semifinals next week at U.S. Bank Stadium.
