Mike Diggins is Centennial's head coach, with his son, Michael, the defensive coordinator. The lifeblood of the program is Kelli Diggins, Mike's wife and Michael's mom. To a man, players and staff, they say that they wouldn't be where they are without Kelli.

Centennial finished the regular season 4-4, including wins over Maple Grove (7-1) and Wayzata (5-2). Centennial’s losses came against Stillwater (7-0), St. Michael-Albertville (4-4), Minnetonka (6-1) and Woodbury (7-1).
