Twin Cities real estate group paying first month of mortgage for home buyers

Pinnacle Team at Realty Group in Coon Rapids developed a new program where their team of agents are paying a homebuyer's first months mortgage payment. 

The program was inspired by the COVID-19 pandemic to help people move into a new home.

"So far, year to date we've given back over $55,000, and we're just getting started," Jennifer Giovinazzo, with Realty Group said. 

Reality Group says the program will last through the end of 2020, with the potential of extending into 2021
