According to St. Cloud police, 33-year-old Angela Jones, who was already in custody in a previous case, was officially charged on Friday with one count of aiding and abetting second-degree murder and another count of aiding and abetting kidnapping.
According to a criminal complaint, surveillance video captured a Ford Fusion leaving the lot near a building in which Lange was known to have been staying.
A witness told authorities she knew Jones and when she drove to a nearby gas station, she saw Jones inside a Ford Fusion with other people including Lange, who sat in the rear middle seat, the complaint states.
When police spoke with Jones, she said she was in the Ford Fusion with two men, another woman, and Lange. She confirmed the Ford Fusion was at the end of Cooper Avenue when Lange was shot by one of the men and that the other man shot at Lange multiple times after she was removed from the vehicle, the complaint states. The group left the scene and drove the car to a place along Washington Memorial Drive where they burned clothes and sanitized the vehicle, according to the complaint.
Additionally, 23-year-old Deantae Davis was arrested in Apple Valley and Kenneth Carter was arrested in Wisconsin Dells, both on warrants for aiding and abetting second-degree murder.
Carter was officially charged Friday with one count of aiding and abetting second-degree murder.
A separate criminal complaint states a different witness identified Jones, Carter and Davis as being with Lange when they left the building in which Lange was known to have been staying.
Meanwhile, Thursday night, 36-year-old Alicia Michelle Lewis was arrested in St. Cloud and is being held on an aiding and abetting second-degree murder charge.
The two recent homicides occurred on June 2 and June 3. The St. Cloud Police Department said it's still working to determine if there is any direct connection.
The other victim has been identified as 28-year-old Janesa Harris.
The investigation into both homicides remains active.
