Surly Brewing Company employees won't unionize after a majority vote in favor of unionization wasn't reached, the company said Wednesday.

Surly said the vote was conducted by a third party. The results of the vote weren't released by Surly but the union noted a majority of the employees who voted did vote in favor of unionization, however, many employees didn't vote and a majority wasn't reached.
