A Stillwater man was arrested Sunday night for drunken driving with a child in the vehicle.
The Wisconsin State Patrol said authorities responded to a rollover crash on Interstate 94, just west of Roberts, Wisconsin, in St. Croix County at about 8 p.m. After making contact with the occupants, the trooper smelled alcohol on the driver.
The state patrol said 39-year-old Jeffrey A. Curtis underwent a field sobriety test and was then arrested for OWI, second offense, with a 9-year-old boy in the vehicle. Curtis was also cited for having open intoxicants.
No serious injuries were reported from the crash.
