St. Paul homicide victim identified, arrest made

A victim in last Friday's homicide in St. Paul has been identified.
St. Paul Police spokesperson Steve Linders said the man has been identified as James M. Cannon Jr., 32, of St. Paul.
Linders adds Nathan Sims, 28, of St. Paul, has been arrested in connection to the death. He is currently being held in Ramsey County Jail on murder charges.
There is no other information at this time.
