A semi truck was stuck on a ramp near downtown St. Paul Tuesday morning.

KSTP Traffic Reporter Josie Smith said the incident happened on the ramp from westbound Interstate 94 to Highway 52/Sixth Street.

The truck's wheel could be seen, via traffic management cameras, over the ramp's wall.
