5 EYEWITNESS NEWS is working to gather more information about an investigation involving an Elk River apartment complex.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) was at the Depot at Elk River Station on 172nd Avenue Northwest overnight Thursday into Friday.
The Sherburne County Sheriff's Office said it is an active investigation but did not release additional information.
The BCA has not yet responded to requests for information.
