A viewer sent some photos to KSTP Tuesday night, showing the George Floyd memorial vandalized.

The photos show black spray paint on his face and eyes.

A tarp is covering the mural up as of Wednesday.

The mural was painted at the site where Floyd died while in the custody of former Minneapolis police officers Derek Chauvin, Thomas Lane, J Alexander Kueng and Tou Thao.
