Duluth man enters guilty plea in 2020 fatal shooting

A Duluth man has entered a guilty plea in a case where he is accused of fatally shooting another man in November.

According to the Beltrami County Attorney’s Office, Montana Oshki-Ayaabe Cutbank has pleaded guilty to a second-degree intentional murder charge.
