UPDATE: The sheriff's office has identified the victim as 57-year-old Stacy Elmer Walls.

A Crosby man died Sunday after a single-vehicle crash in Trommald.

The Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office said deputies were called to a reported crash near the intersection of Iverson Road and South Black Bear Road at about 11 a.m.

When they arrived, deputies found a man already dead in the driver's seat of a 1998 GMC Sierra. Nobody else was in the vehicle, and the reporting party called after happening upon the scene.
