COVID-19 in Wisconsin: 7 new deaths, 73 new hospitalizations

Wisconsin health officials on Tuesday announced seven new deaths related to COVID-19, moving the state’s total to 1,251 deaths since the pandemic began.

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services also reported 73 new hospitalizations, creating a total of 6,765 hospitalizations during the pandemic.

A total of 104,170 positive cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Wisconsin, with 1,672 new cases reported Tuesday.

As of Tuesday, DHS reports that 1,452,662 people have been tested in the state.
