Wisconsin health officials on Thursday announced 45 new deaths related to COVID-19, moving the state's total to 5,607 deaths since the pandemic began.
Additionally, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) reported 82 new hospitalizations, moving the total number of hospitalizations during the pandemic to 23,445.
A total of 528,101 positive cases of COVID-19 have now been confirmed in Wisconsin, with 2,177 new cases reported Thursday.
As of Thursday, DHS reports that more than 2.98 million people have been tested in the state.
The state's seven-day average positivity rate by person is at 22.4%.
DHS said the state has been allocated 779,800 vaccine doses, so far. Of those, 285,358 had been administered as of Thursday.
