COVID-19 in Wisconsin: 2 new deaths, 47 more hospitalizations

Monday, Wisconsin health officials announced two new deaths related to COVID-19, moving the state’s total to 1,283 deaths since the pandemic began.

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services also reported 47 new hospitalizations, creating a total of 7,142 hospitalizations during the pandemic.

A total of 117,588 positive cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Wisconsin, with 1,726 new cases reported Monday.

As of Monday, DHS reports that 1,522,965 people have been tested in the state.
