Authorities identify 14-year-old killed in south Minneapolis shooting

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner has identified the 14-year-old killed in a shooting in south Minneapolis as Kohlin Louis Fohrenkam-Differenthorse.

According to police, officers were called Monday night to the area of East 26th Street and Cedar Avenue South on the report of a shooting.

When police arrived, they found Fohrenkam-Differenthorse and a man suffering from gunshot wounds.

Fohrenkam-Differenthorse was pronounced dead at the scene.

The man was taken by ambulance to an area hospital.
