2 injured, 1 critically in north Minneapolis shooting

One person is in critical condition and another has non-life-threatening injuries after a shooting Wednesday night in north Minneapolis, police said.

According to Minneapolis police spokesman John Elder, two victims were shot around 8:42 p.m. on the 4000 block of Lyndale Avenue North.

One of the victims self-transported to the hospital while the other was transported by ambulance, Elder said.

No other information was immediately available.
