One person was airlifted to a hospital after a crash on Interstate 35W in Forest Lake Friday evening.
The Minnesota State Patrol said troopers responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash just before 4:30 p.m.
One driver was airlifted to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Two others also suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to the State Patrol.
Authorities are obtaining a search warrant for a blood sample on one of the drivers, as impairment is suspected.
The crash caused a major backup in traffic on the interstate.
The crash remains under investigation.
