It's hard to know what's happening inside your body with each and every cell.
Your genetics are a roadmap. Genes determine the color of your eyes, how you behave, and the diseases for which you're at risk.
For a long time, getting a copy of all your genetics, known as your genome, has been out of reach for pretty much everyone because of the high cost.
That's now changing.
KSTP medical expert Dr. Archelle Georgiou had the opportunity to sit down with Dr. George Church, a professor of genetics at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Church explains why he believes it's so important for everyone to know more about their genes, via the video player above.
