A pharmaceutical company is recalling medication meant to help control high blood pressure help with the treatment of heart failure.

Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc., announced it is recalling 80 lots of Amlodipine Valsartan Tablets USP, Valsartan HCTZ Tablets, USP and Valsartan Tablets USP due to the discovery of trace amounts of an "unexpected impurity," identified as N-nitrosodiethylamine (NDEA).
