National weather service releases tornado paths from May 30 storms

The national weather service has released the paths of the tornadoes from Sunday’s storms.

The storms caused extensive damage throughout Minnesota.

Tornado #1 spun up near the Minnesota River Valley about 4 miles west of Milan and tracked north northeast 50 miles until it was northwest of Glenwood. The ending time is for the tornado is 4:23 pm. There was extensive tree damage along the route of the tornado. Some farm structures and power lines were also damaged, and agriculture irrigation systems were overturned.  
Tornado #2 spun up east of Lake Reno near Forada and tracked north-northeast until it was 5 miles east of Carlos. It reached maximum winds of up to 120 mph. The maximum width was 1/2 mile on the south side of Maple Lake. Path length are not yet known.
Tornado #3 spun up 1 SW of Eagle Bend and tracked northeast until it was 5 SW of Staples. Maximum winds reached up to 95 mph. More information from the National Weather Service is expected to be released in the coming days.
Tornado #4 spun up south of the Glencoe Municipal Airfield and tracked north-northeast until it was 6 SW of Montrose. More information from the National Weather Service is expected to be released in the coming days.
