Large hail produced in some spots in state overnight; sunshine, humidity to take over on Sunday
Saturday night into Sunday morning, thunderstorms and in some spots, large hail, was produced in Minnesota.
KSTP Meteorologist Jonathan Yuhas said large hail was produced across the western and southern Twin Cities metro area early Sunday morning.
On Sunday, it’s expected to be warm and humid with partly cloudy skies and gusty winds up to 25 mph. Highs will hover around the mid-80s Sunday afternoon.
Then on Monday, Yuhas said temperatures will be "unseasonably cool" with highs in the low 60s and rain expected to fall once more.
