Minnesotans step up to help Puerto Rico after island hit by Hurricane Fiona

Minnesotans are also stepping up to help the people of Puerto Rico.  

Doctor Miguel Fiol of Edina is leaving for Puerto Rico Tuesday to help the hardest hit by Hurricane Fiona. Dr. Fiol also traveled to the island five years ago after Hurricane Maria.

“We’re almost feel like we’re jinxed with so much happening in our country,” Dr. Fiol said. “It’s really painful.”
