Man dies following shooting on I-94 in Brooklyn Center Saturday night

Brooklyn Center Police say a man has died after he was shot Saturday night on Interstate 94.
According to the press release, officers responded to a shooting at 9:30 p.m. on I-94, just south of Interstate 694. They found a man with a gunshot wound and starting rendering aid. The victim was taken to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Police say they detained several people at the scene and in the surrounding area and are not searching for more suspects at this time.
The shooting remains under investigation.
