Police were called just after 2:30 p.m. on Thursday on the report of a shooting at home on the 6900 block of West Shadow Lake Drive.
According to the complaint, the father of the victim arrived home and saw an SUV in the driveway that he did not recognize.

When he entered the kitchen, he encountered a man and a woman he did not recognize. The complaint said the man told the victim’s father "your son stole on me," and "I’ll take you out, too." The man and woman then drove away in the SUV in the driveway.

When the victim’s father went downstairs, he found Henderson face down in a pool of blood.

The complaint says a handgun was found on the floor near Henderson. DNA swabs from the grip developed a DNA profile that matched Zielinski.

The victim’s father was shown a photo lineup where he positively identified Zielinski as the man who confronted him in his home.
