2 killed in suspected St. Paul murder-suicide identified
The two people who died Saturday morning in a suspected murder-suicide in St. Paul have been identified.
St. Paul Police identified the woman who died after being shot as 39-year-old Bao Yang. Police said 39-year-old Doua Por Lao is believed to have shot Yang before taking his own life.
Police investigating suspected murder-suicide in St. Paul’s East Side neighborhood
Police were called to the 1900 block of East Montana Avenue on a report of a shooting at 8:30 a.m. There, officers found Yang and Lao suffering from gunshot wounds outside a house.
Lao was pronounced dead at the scene. Yang was taken to a hospital where she later died.
