Two people found dead in Becker County home identified

The Becker County Sheriff’s Office has identified two people who were found dead inside a Lakeview Township home on Tuesday morning.
The two deceased people are Steven Alton Stearns, 45, and Stacy Lynn Stearns, 49. They were married and lived in Detroit Lakes.

The Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office said that Stacy Stearns’ death has been ruled a homicide, and Steven Stearns’ death was ruled a suicide.
Law enforcement said they discovered their bodies just after 9 a.m. Tuesday.
