Twin Cities Jazz Festival returns this weekend

Preparations and set up are underway Friday morning for the upcoming Twin Cities Jazz Festival.
The event is in its 24th year, and starts Friday at Mears Park in St. Paul. It runs through Saturday.
Friday’s headliner is piano prodigy Matthew Whitaker.
Other performances include brass bands, quintets as well as the local Zacc Harris Group.
The event is family friendly – and free.
